Are you ready for an awesome time at camp? Thank you for being used of the Lord this week to serve Him and His children. He not only wants to speak to these kids, but there’s a reason you’re coming to camp as well. Ask the Lord to speak to your heart at camp as He uses you to make a difference.

🌲🎒 M4 CAMP PACKING LIST! 🟩🟨

We’re gearing up for M4 Camp, and we want your child to be fully prepared for the adventure! This year, campers will be part of either the Green Team 💚 or the Yellow Team 💛 — get ready for fun, faith, and friendly competition!

🎁 Each camper will receive a personalized drawstring bag with their name and team color when they arrive on Monday! It’s perfect for carrying items during daily activities.

Here’s what your camper needs to bring:

✅ What To Bring:

• Bible, notebook, and pens

• Clothes for 3 days (labeling and Ziploc bagging by day is encouraged!)

• Closed-toe shoes for walking in the woods and playing games

• Flip flops or Crocs (for the waterfront only)

• Towels and washcloths for showers and water activities

• Toiletries (toothbrush, soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc.)

• Swimsuit (one-piece for girls)

• Sunscreen & bug spray

• Sunglasses

• Snacks for the cabin

• Money for:

 - M4 Camp Store (shirts, hats, buffs, etc.)

 - Concession stand (popsicles, ice cream, drinks at the lake)

• Twin bedsheets, blanket, pillow, and/or sleeping bag

• Adults: Bedding for twin or double bed depending on your cabin

💡 Helpful Tips:

• Many parents find that pre-bagging daily outfits in Ziploc bags makes packing & unpacking easier!

• Be sure to pack closed-toe shoes — several kids forgot last year.

• Cell phones are allowed but must not become a distraction. Reception is limited at Camp Waukaway.

• Pastor Marcus will post daily updates on the Children’s Ministry page.

• iPads, iPods, or other handheld devices

• Alcohol, tobacco, vapes, drugs, glitter, silly string, water guns, fireworks, etc.

Monday, July 7:

9:00 AM Counselors Arrive

  • Counselors Meet at the church for a time of inspiration and information

    Waiver Info:

    • Each camper must have a signed waiver before we leave.

    • Chaperones are responsible for collecting them (don’t forget your own!).

    • Once complete, turn them in to Mike Keen so he can make three copies of each:

    • Two copies go to M4 Camp

    • One copy stays with us

    • The original will be filed separately

10:00 AM Students arrive

Loading procedure (male counselors will handle all of this)

Boys Luggage

  • Brandon is driving his truck and pulling the trailer

  • All boy luggage will be marked with caution tape around the handle

  • We’ll load the boys luggage in the trailer.

Girls Luggage

We’ll put the girls luggage in the church bus and overflow into the bed of Brandon’s truck

  • We’ll eat pizza at the church before we leave
